Call Center Agent - English & Polish (m/f/d)
The position is to be filled on January 2nd, 2024, full-time (40h/week) in our office in Erlangen. The fixed gross annual salary is up to €30,000 per year, depending on qualifications and commitment.
Your tasks consist of providing individual support and advice to end customers and business partners by e-mail and telephone in our Customer Experience Centre.

Your tasks
- You enjoy interacting with different people and target groups
- As a strong communicator, you have very good written and spoken English and Polish language skills
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in customer service. We also welcome career changers of all ages from other service professions
- Your profile is rounded off by an experienced PC user
